Note that the Property Manager is not permitted to accept or act upon any complaints made by one co-owner against another unless the complaint is made in writing on an approved form and signed. This rule is intended for the protection of all co-owners in the community. Once you complete the online form below, our Compliance Officer or your Property Manager will complete the appropriate form and send it to you for your signature and approval.
If the Association institutes legal proceedings against the co-owner about whom you lodge a complaint, you agree to be called as a witness at such proceedings.
