Jim Heglund

Jim has been a licensed REALTOR for over 37 years and founded REALICO, Inc. in 1985. He founded Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc., a residential real estate sales company in 1993. Jim is the co-owner and President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. (formerly Dykstra Heglund Realty) and of Wonderland Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm specializing in recreational properties. Jim is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS, and the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan.
